Open selected layer, composition, or footage item

Select a specific layer in the Timeline: Press the layer number on the number pad.Rename selected layer, composition, folder, effect, group, or mask.

Activate Shape Layer tool: q (pressing q again cycles through different shape layer shapes).

Bring up Hand Tool to allow for moving around the Canvas or Timeline: Hold Spacebar, click, and drag.

Jump from other panels to Canvas or Timeline: (Jumps to Canvas and then jumps between Canvas and Timeline).

Shift+Cmd+o brings up the Opacity window.

Add SHIFT to those last two for moving 10 frames at a time.
